- If you are not a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident, you must verify your immigration status with the PDSO (Principal Designated School Official) or DSO (Designated School Official) of Underwood University. Once the applicant is accepted, an immunization record must be submitted. The form will be supplied by Underwood University.
- The applicant must also submit financial documentation demonstrating sufficient funds to cover tuition, textbooks, fees, and personal living expenses. The applicant may also submit an affidavit of financial support indicating the affiant’s commitment and financial documentation sufficient to support the applicant’s tuition, textbooks, fees, and personal living expenses.
- Make initial payment: This payment includes tuition, $100 application fee, $100 facility and student association fees, $100 SEVIS I-20 application fee, $200 SEVIS I-901 application fee, and $100 overseas handling fee for international students.
